We have done our best to make sure you have all the comforts of home. The Glenn is fully stocked (except food and beverages) that's on you. Here are a few of the amenities you'll find at The Glenn.

Only 5 minutes away you'll find a Safeway, Dollar Tree, Restaurants, etc.

THIS IS THE FOREST:

Please be respectful of Mother Nature.
Be quiet and respectful of the neighbors.
Excessive noise and late night disturbances
are enforced and ticketed by local police.
Keep Tahoe Blue and do NOT litter.

WINTER:

You MUST park in the driveway in the winter!
NO winter street parking due to snow removal!
Driveway and walkway snow removal occurs after 6" snowfall.
Vehicles parked on the street are subject to citations and towing at your expense.

ART:

The walls of the home are decorated with our photography. If you fall in love with one or two, reach out to us about acquiring a professional grade canvas or metal print for your home.

GOOD TO KNOW:

The bedrooms upstairs are ALWAYS warmer and the downstairs bedrooms are ALWAYS cooler. In the Winter, we've found setting the Nest® at 64º or below with the fireplace off keeps the home at an even temperature for sleeping.

CLEAN UP:

In case of a spill, there is a broom and mop in the laundry area and a few cleaning supplies under the sinks.

SUPPLIES:

We do supply SOME toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap garbage bags and a few spices. You provide all of your own food and drink.

GOOD TO KNOW:

Anytime of the year, and especially when using the furnace and/or fireplace, the bedrooms upstairs are ALWAYS warmer and the downstairs bedrooms are ALWAYS cooler. We've found setting the Nest® at 64º or below with the fireplace off keeps the home at an even temperature for sleeping. Just something to be aware of overall and when selecting which rooms to sleep in ... people like it cool should sleep downstairs and people who like it warm upstairs. :)
