CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

CHECK IN: 3PM   

  • KEYLESS ENTRY: There are NO keys!  You’ve been assigned a personal entry code that will work ONLY from your check in time to your check out time.

  • ALARM: We will turn the alarm OFF before check-in and ON at check-out.

  • UNLOCKING THE DOOR: Push the Schlage® logo to light up the keypad (If needed) then enter your personal access code to unlock the door. 

  • Early check-in and/or late check out may be available for an additional fee, 3 days in advance of your stay with pre-approval, $150 for either early check in or late check out.

 

CHECK OUT:  11AM

  • Housekeeper arrives after 11am to get the home ready for our next guests.  

  • BEDS/SHEETS: Please leave all USED beds unmade.

  • TOWELS: Please leave all USED towels on the bathroom floors.

  • DISHES: Please be sure all DIRTY dishes are CLEAN and PUT AWAY.

  • NEST®: Dial the thermostat back to 50º when you leave (Winter).

  • FIREPLACE: Turn the fireplace OFF.

  • LIGHTS: Turn ALL lights you turned on OFF!  (Lights on timers excluded)

  • WINDOW CLOVERINGS: Make sure all blinds and drapes are CLOSED. 

  • FOOD: Remove ALL YOUR food from the home and take it with you.

  • GARBAGE: Take YOUR TRASH with you or dump it at South Tahoe Refuse! (See above)

  • LOCK UP: Please ensure all windows, sliders and front door are LOCKED!
